FREE OFF ROAD Longer Social Run @ Glasshouse

Join me for a FREE 7-8km off road run, starting from the Glasshouse Academy. We’ll explore a different route each time, at a chatty pace. The focus is on the SOCIAL!

We’ll be alternating between off road runs with head torch and on road runs – this is an OFF ROAD run so a head torch is COMPULSORY. Trail shoes strongly recommended too, especially as it gets more wintery!

There will be a lead runner and a tail runner, to ensure no one gets left behind (or lost!).
