Summer Series Run Session
10 August @ 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm
A 1-hour run training session designed for people of all abilities. This is a series of 4 runs over the summer holidays to keep your motivation going whilst the normal weekly training sessions are having a break.
The dates are:
– Monday 25th July
– Wednesday 10th August
– Monday 15th August
– Wednesday 24th August
Come to one, a couple or all four – it will make you accountable if you book all of them!
The format will be the same as the termly run sessions and we’ll alternate between flat and hill sessions.
Cost is £20 for all 4 or £7 ad hoc.
