The main workout will last for approximately 30 minutes and will alternate between hill sessions\, interval training\, fartleks and sprints. We’ll focus on technique\, stamina\, breathing\, posture and the overall enjoyment of running! We’ll then walk/jog back to the start for some gentle post-run stretches. \n\n\n\nPace is not important – the session is based in one location so you can all work at your own pace and be as competitive or non competitive as you like! BUT…you will be encouraged and motivated by the rest of the group making it a thoroughly sociable\, enjoyable session.
