This Summer Series consists of 6 training sessions which are open to all. The aim is to keep the momentum of your run training going over the summer months, all within a friendly, encouraging group. Suitable for all levels whether you are normally a ‘Monday’ runner or a ‘Wednesday’ runner, and we’ll mix it up between flats and hills!
The 6 dates are:

Note: I may have to cancel one or more of the sessions depending on last minute changes to my own schedule over the summer, but I will give as much notice as possible.
