Event Series: Summer Run Series

19 August @ 6:30 pm 7:30 pm

This Summer Series consists of 6 training sessions which are open to all. The aim is to keep the momentum of your run training going over the summer months, all within a friendly, encouraging group. Suitable for all levels whether you are normally a ‘Monday’ runner or a ‘Wednesday’ runner, and we’ll mix it up between flats and hills!

The 6 dates are:

  • Monday 27th July
  • Wednesday 5th August
  • Monday 10th August
  • Wednesday 19th August
  • Monday 24th August
  • Wednesday 2nd September

(Our next half term block of training sessions starts on Monday 7th / Wednesday 9th September.)

Note: I may have to cancel one or more of the sessions depending on last minute changes to my own schedule over the summer, but I will give as much notice as possible.

£6 per session, all pay as you go
